Garden City Hospital Second Floor Renovation

A3C - Collaborative Architecture and AIM Construction, Inc are working with Garden City Hospital (GCH) in Garden City, MI to redesign the second floor of the hospital, which houses post surgery patient rooms. The project, led by A3C Project Manager, Barb Potter, AIA, is part of the hospital’s continuing effort to provide the highest quality of patient care and improve the efficiency of their staff.

This comprehensive 30,000 square foot renovation will improve patient quality by improving aesthetics, indoor air quality, heating ventilation and air conditioning and lighting. The new patient rooms will feature a welcoming palette of colors and finishes including new flooring, wall treatments and doors. The nurses’ station and charting areas will also be reorganized to improve efficiency and staff operations.
