LEED Certification

Our experienced LEED Accredited Professionals can guide your project team through the sustainable design process, maximizing your investment and make recommendations on key issues such as; determining the appropriate LEED Rating System and the achievable level of certification (i.e. Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc.), and evaluating credit strategies.

LEED Certification Submittal Reviews

We can help ensure a complete and painless submittal process for your project team by being your ‘second pair of eyes’ before you submit for LEED Certification. Our team has completed the Green Building Certification Institute’s (GBCI) training program to perform LEED Application Reviews and several have passed the GBCI’s Beta Certification test. In 2009-2010 A3C joined with NSF, one of eight LEED certification bodies assisting the USGBC, in reviewing LEED submittals. During this time we performed over 630 reviews for projects from CI, EB, CS, NC and SCH rating systems.

Green Restaurant Certification

A3C is one of only a few firms in the nation to be recognized as a Green Restaurant Association, Certification Professional. We are able to assist restaurants in pursuing Green Star ratings for your facilities, performing sustainable operations assessments, reducing energy use and implement waste management and purchasing policies.
