Energy Audits
Our energy audits are more than just a report, they are a process that helps to educate you about how your building uses energy. Through this process we help you understand what Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) can be implemented and how they reduce your energy costs. In ten audits performed for the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority’s Energy Saving Grant program in 2009, we identified ECM’s that totaled over $200K with a payback of less than 2 years.

LEED – Existing Building Operation and Maintenance (EBOM)
