St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor – Simulation Center

The Simulation Center project at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor, involved the renovation of 7,100 square feet of existing space in the former Education Center building. Construction was completed in the summer of 2014. The renovated space contains three high fidelity simulation rooms with associated control rooms, three simulated patient exam rooms, three debriefing rooms, two large classrooms, and support space such as offices and storage. The existing Men’s and Women’s restrooms were renovated to meet current building codes and to upgrade aesthetics. The suite was developed in collaboration with Eastern Michigan University.
