Aastrom Biosciences Inc. – Headquarters

A3C worked with Aastrom Biosciences, Inc., located at Domino’s Farms Office Park, to design a new 30,000 square foot space headquarters. This new space included development and manufacturing spaces, with a Class 100,000 Clean Room that houses the company’s automated manufacturing system for the production of Tissue Repair Cells.

The new space also includes meeting rooms of various sizes, a large conference room, a training room, and work spaces for over 60 employees. This design was created to maximize collaborations and communications throughout the company.

A key element to the success of this project was to adhere to the Domino’s building standards in the construction documents. A3C met with the client and Domino’s on a weekly basis throughout the CD phase to insure that the plans reflected the needs of both the building owner and the tenant.
